Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed with Solent Peptides. They sit alongside the research disclaimer, privacy notice and shipping page.

Who we sell to

We supply defined research chemicals to laboratories and independent researchers. We do not sell medicines, food, cosmetics, or products for human or animal use. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over and will use the material only in a documented laboratory setting.

Contract

A contract is formed when payment clears. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT if it applies. Catalogue prices can change without notice until checkout is completed.

Payment

Card payment is taken by Stripe. Dispatch follows cleared payment. We do not store full card numbers on this site.

Returns

Unopened vials with intact seals may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the lot was shipped in error. Opened, reconstituted, or temperature-abused material cannot be returned. Damaged-in-transit claims: photograph the parcel and vial and email sales@solentpeptides.co.uk within 48 hours with the order ID.

Liability

Material is sold as a laboratory chemical after identity and purity testing. We do not warrant any biological effect. Nothing on the site is medical advice. To the extent permitted by UK law, liability is limited to the price paid for the affected line.

Research dispensers

A research dispenser (pen) is an optional £5 packing format for laboratory measuring. It is not a licensed medicine, not a licensed medical injection device, and not equivalent to Wegovy, Mounjaro or Ozempic. Choosing the pen does not change the research-use terms that apply to the peptide itself.
