UK mainland

Order on a weekday before 2pm and it usually leaves the same day. Next working day to most of the mainland. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland can take an extra day.

UK shipping charge

UK shipping is £4 on orders under £30. Orders of £30 or more (goods total, including any research pens) ship free within the UK. The cart and checkout show the charge before you pay.

Packaging

Pre-mixed as standard, in a plain box. We do not print the product name on the outside. Research pen orders go in the same discreet packaging.

Payment

Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. We post once the payment has cleared.

After delivery

Inspect the vial on receipt, before reconstitution. Damaged-in-transit claims should be emailed tosales@solentpeptides.co.uk with photographs and the order ID within 48 hours of delivery.
