UK mainland

Order on a weekday before 2pm and it usually leaves the same day. Next working day to most of the mainland. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland can take an extra day.

UK shipping charge

UK shipping is £4 on orders under £20. Orders of £20 or more (goods total) ship free within the UK. The cart and checkout show the charge before you pay.

Special delivery is £5.99 extra if you want it. Tick it at checkout. That £5.99 is on top of the standard charge, including when standard UK shipping is already free.

Packaging

Lyophilised powder in the vial, in a plain box. We do not print the product name on the outside. Bacteriostatic water, if ordered, goes in the same discreet packaging as a separate bottle.

Payment

Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. We post once the payment has cleared.

After delivery

Inspect the vial on receipt, before reconstitution. Damaged-in-transit claims should be emailed tosales@solentpeptides.co.uk with photographs and the order ID within 48 hours of delivery.
